Christianne Wolff's Fat loss Bootcamp is a 45minute exercise class that meets twice a week for 4 weeks. It is a multi level class that is specifically designed to increase metabolism, burn fat and completely reshape your body

Bootcamp starts Tuesday April 29th @ 7am-7.45am and Thursday 1st May @7am-7.45am twice a week for 4 weeks.
Venue:Hervines Park Pavillion, Hervines road, Amersham.
If you are travelling to work straight after the session Hervines Park Pavillion has showers and clean toilets.
