Yes, Absolutely! All fitness levels and abilities are welcome and will benefit.

The classes are designed to be challenging and leave you drenched in sweat – but you’ll definitely also find them fun!

The training is designed so that almost anybody, regardless of age, sex and fitness level, can participate in it. All that matters is your attitude!

Boot Camps are designed to dramatically improve and enhance your physical performance and make an immediate, positive impact on your wellbeing. You’ll get stronger, lose body fat and increase your endurance and stamina. In other words, you’ll look and feel better.

You'll also meet like-minded people who, just like you, want to perform well and feel good about themselves. Fun along the way is just a bonus!
Your safety is paramount, so you’ll never be asked to do more than you’re capable of. However, we’ll make sure that you are pushed to your limits in every session. Each workout will build on the previous one, so your body will be given the time it needs to adjust to the increased workload.
