An easy and relaxing Mind Body and Spirit holiday

Learn to embrace yourself and love your body, start the new year as you mean
to go on! Beating the Xmas bulge or simply accepting who you are on a
beautiful holiday with a combination of gentle spiritual & physical
exercises.

This is a new program for us that gives our guests the chance to not only
enjoy a lovely mind body and spirit holiday in Egypt, but to work on really
learning to love your body, with the opportunity to sample various holistic
therapies and a selection of exercise techniques (inc Pilates, yoga and
aerobics).


The holiday has three essential elements, all workshops are held throughout the mornings leaving you free during the afternoons to enjoy the beach or the excursions around Dahab. Molly Ann from Slim and Relax will be there to take care of your emotional well being, whilst Christainne Wolff (who has been personal trainer to James Bond!) will be there to show you some effective physical weight loss techniques.


Each morning from 17th – 21st & 23rd - 27th , after breakfast you’ll join Molly for a hypnosis and meditation session, where you'll work through the issues that have lead you to piling on the pounds, Molly has an 85% success rate on successfully beating the bulges of her clients with very little effort required on your part, other than to keep an open mind and just relax, we guarantee that after your holiday with us you'll be going home slimmer and happier with some tricks to maintain your blissful sexy new state of being!

Following your session with Molly you'll be left in the capable hands of Christianne who'll take you on a varied program of exercises for an hour each day designed to give you a taster of how enjoyable keeping fit can be. The aim is that from the selection Christianne shows you, you'll find a technique that you like and that works for your body. Christianne will be taking 5 sessions on the following days 19/ 20/ 21/23/24. A Belly Dance session will be held on the 25th.

The sessions will be followed by lunch where on the days with no physical practice you will have the chance to discuss nutrition issues with Molly and Christianne and also have the opportunity to book private personal training sessions with Christianne or one on one therapies with Molly. Our wonderful masseur Avril Stanley from Realease will also be on hand to teach Shiatsu techniques and Tibetan Healing principles, along with giving private massage sessions and workshops to our guests.

   

Dahab is located at the southern tip on the east side of Sinai.
Originally a stopping place in the summer for Bedouin to refresh
themselves as it's a natural oasis perfect for enjoying the cool sea
breezes. Now one of the most popular dive sites in the world due
to the stunning coral reefs and marine life. However it still
maintains it's quaintness and totally laid back atmosphere
making it an ideal spot for a yoga holiday. The Sinai is one of the few
places left with totally unspoilt areas. There are many beach-side restaurants to sit
and watch the world go by, Dahab style, no one ever rushes in Dahab.




We stay at the Bedouin Moon, which is situated right on the Red Sea with it's own
section of beach and coral reef right in front of the hotel, offering
breathtaking snorkeling. It lies on the outskirts of Dahab in a very
quiet location, ideal for enhancing the feeling
of getting away from it all. You can take a very pleasant stroll
along the beach into main Dahab (about half an hour) or a 5mins
taxi ride for about 50pence.

 

The yoga room is built at the back of the hotel and
into the mountain so is very still inside and very sheltered from the elements. Quiet for the winds
in winter and with air/con for the heat of summer. For warm days there is a large area around
the brand new pool with the most stunning views of the sea and mountains, practicing there is quite simply breathtaking!


There are plenty of optional activities aswell as diving, you can snorkel, horse ride, camel ride, wind
surf, kite surf, sea kayak, mountain climb, plus go on many excursions, for the day or overnight,
with Bedouin, by jeep or camel, or walking into the desert. The Bedouin are the indigenous
people of the Sinai and are very like yogis in their way of living, moving and being. It is a
wonderful rare experience to go into the desert with them, be looked after by them, and to have
a taste of how they have lived for centuries.
People can also visit and climb the famous Moses Mount, Mount Sinai
with St Katherine's monastery at the foot of it.

Guests fly direct to Sharm El Sheikh, flights are most days of the week and
start from as little as £199 rtn. The transfer takes approximately 1hr by taxi.

Your holiday includes two daily workshops, transfers and half board accommodation. All rooms have balconies or terrace and sea or mountain views.

Prices 1 week £435 per person based on twin shared rooms.
Longer stay and single prices available on request – Guests may choose the start date and departure date of their holiday between 17th and 31st January. The Weight Loss program activity starts on 16th & ends on 28th January with a day off on 22nd. We recommend a stay of 1 or 2 weeks from 15th – 22nd & 22nd - 29th or the course can be joined in the middle for any duration as you wish.
