''I have been training with Christianne for nearly five months and the results have exceeded all my expectations. I have lost nearly 3 stone in weight and am fitter than I have been since my distant youth.
I was sceptical about my ability to successfully train with a personal trainer on a consistent basis. However, Christianne possesses a compelling combination of charm, motivational skills, undoubted knowledge and a seemingly boundless ability to vary exercise programmes. The latter quality, ensures that one is always challenged and never complacent. She can advise on all aspects of diet, nutrition and indeed has made a positive and irreversible impact on my overall lifestyle. I would recommend her unreservedly

2nd April: lost 3.4% so far.
8th April: Doc gives all clear to end of beta blockers.
29th April: 15 ½ stone.
3rd May : Gave up coffee.
17th May : 15 stone.
12th June : 14 st 6lb .

23rd July: 52 yrs old and 13st 12lb.
27th July: gave up alcohol.
30th July :13 8lb a record low.
15th Aug: 250 reverse curls in one go! 18.8% body fat.
18th Aug: 300 r.curls in one hit! 13st 5lb.
29th Aug: 350 reverse curls in succession. 13st 5lb.
3rd Sept: 15.1% body fat (lost 13.7%).
5th Sept: 119/78 blood pressure
14th Sept: 50 alcohol free days
13th Nov: wt 13st 4lbs
28th Nov: wt 12st 13 lbs body fat 13.9%
More than half total body fat lost in 9 months ( 28.8 to 13.9 )

''My main reason for getting in touch with Christianne was to increase my level of fitness. Training as we all know is possibly the most boring thing that one can do . Particularly if you are like me and are looking for immediate results. However training with Christianne was far from boring and secondly after only a few sessions things began to happen! The sessions were full of fun( mainly at my expense )
I learnt a variety of new skills including boxing (I was once shouted at by two men when we were boxing in Hyde Park who accused me of beating up a women. Little did they know!) Skipping and turning my body inside out, (I think they call it Yoga!)

''I trained for pregnancy and body reconditioning after giving birth.
Result were very good, in particular from pregnancy training where it is difficult to get definitive help from the usual sources (gym instructors, books, Internet etc). Being very fit during my pregnancy meant that I had a natural birth, where I was predicted to have a caesarean section, and I also had an 8lb baby, with no assistance and no stitches (very, very uncommon) - certainly due to all the pilates moves that Christianne worked on with me and ensuring that my pelvic floor was in good condition.
Post birth, I immediately lost most of my pregnancy weight, and got back into shape almost immediately. Christianne would visit my home, giving me exercises that I could do easily whilst my baby was asleep. This meant that the transition back into exercise, for me, was seamless. Being fit also made me cope better as a new mother, and certainly gave me a very noticeable energy that none of my friends (not fit !) had''

I had been suffering from a long term illness and as part of the treatment had been put on a course of hormones. As a result of this I felt very sluggish and had put on about half a stone. On the advice of my doctor and also facing the realisation that I had never done any exercise at all I found Christianne.
Three months later I have certainly achieved things that my friends could only laugh at when I suggested I would be doing them - running for forty minutes, consistently exercising three times a week, doing kick boxing etc While I have not lost a tonne of weight, I feel much more content with my shape now and I feel as though a couple of days of over indulgence does not mean starvation for the next week. I am sleeping better and have fewer headaches and I now look forward to the feeling of exertion after a session. Christianne is tough and firm but not unpleasant and I always look forward to our time together. If she can get me to exercise then she really can get anyone to do it…

`'Since training with Christianne my fitness and strength have improved. Flexibility and suppleness are also better. The exercise is also good for improving the mind; certainly I get an improvement in mood from endorphins. Christianne gives plenty of good encouragement, and also has a good tone of voice!

Remedial
Christiannes sessions have help helped develop my knee after a cartilage operation. Because I see her at a regular slot each week, it has greatly improved.
